All complaints should be addressed to the Director General, Office of the Public Defender and Citizens’ Rights Commission (as contained in the office location) Complaints can also be received via E-mail: publicdefenderofficekogigmail.com
Complaints may be made in writing or orally to the Office. The complaint must be signed or thumb printed by the complainant or his representative or agent. An oral complaint must be reduced into writing by officials of the commission to whom the complaint is made and signed or thumb printed by the representatives or agents.
A complaint must contain the full names and contact address of the complaint and the person or body against whom the complaint is made. The complaint must also be stated as well as the relief is sought.
